Party Secretary and Supervisor: Kang Junping

Preside over the overall work of the school party committee; be in charge of the Party Committee Organization Department, the Party Committee Propaganda Department, the Party Committee United Front Work Department, the Discipline Inspection Commission, the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office, the Audit Office, and the School of Marxism; contact the School of Physical Education.

Vice Chairman and President: Shao Liangshan

Presides over the comprehensive administrative work of the school; responsible for research and disciplines, oversees the Party and Government Office, Human Resources Department, Teacher Development Center, Research and Discipline Department, Teaching Quality Management Department, Finance Department, and is in contact with the School of Management Engineering.

Shao Liangshan is a second-level professor and a specially appointed professor in Liaoning Province. Born in June 1961, he graduated from Fuxin Mining College in 1982 and obtained a master's degree from the Department of Management Engineering, Fuxin Mining College in 1987. He received his Ph.D. from China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) in March 1994. After graduating, he stayed on to engage in teaching and research work in the field of Information Management and Information Systems. In 1996, he was promoted to the position of professor by exception, and in 1998, he was recognized as a doctoral supervisor by the Liaoning Provincial Degree Committee.

From July 2008 to January 2009, he was a senior visiting scholar at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor campus. From June to July 2012, he was a visiting scholar at the University of Toronto, Canada, and in April 2016, he was sent by the Ministry of Education to study at Leuphana University in Lueneburg, Germany.

He is the pioneer and leader of the first-level doctoral discipline of Management Science and Engineering at Liaoning Technical University. He is also the leader of the national first-class and distinctive major "Information Management and Information System", the leader of the Liaoning provincial "Information Management and Information System" teaching team, and the leader of the Liaoning provincial "Management Science and Engineering" innovation team.

He has served as the director of the Management Science Research Center, vice president, and director of the Huludao Campus Management Committee at Liaoning Technical University.

His main research directions include management systems engineering, management information systems, and big data applications.

He holds concurrent academic positions as a standing council member of the Chinese Society of Management Science and Engineering, vice chairman of the Systems Engineering Professional Committee of the China Coal Society, a member of the Technical Committee of the China Coal Association, and a member of the Ninth National Youth Federation Committee, a standing committee member of the Liaoning Youth Federation, and has served as vice chairman of the Fuxin Youth Federation for three consecutive terms.

He has received numerous honors, including being awarded the titles of Youth Science and Technology Pioneer and Youth Vanguard by the Liaoning Provincial Youth League Committee in 1994, being recognized as one of the Top Ten Outstanding Youth in Fuxin City in 1995, receiving the First Liaoning Provincial Youth Science and Technology Award in 1998, being recognized as a top professional talent in the coal system in 1994, being selected as a candidate for the Liaoning Provincial Hundred Talents Training Program in 2001, receiving the Liaoning Provincial May 1st Labor Medal in 2002, receiving a government allowance from the State Council in 2002, and being twice recognized as an outstanding expert in Liaoning Province.

He has presided over and completed significant provincial or corporate projects, including the development of the "Yuanbaoshan Open-pit Coal Mine Management Information System" in 1998, which provided a foundation for the modern management level of the most advanced open-pit coal mine in China at that time, creating significant economic benefits. He has also presided over or participated in national 863 high-tech projects such as the "Yuanbaoshan Open-pit Coal Mine CIMS Application Demonstration Project" in 2001. In addition, he has presided over projects funded by the Ministry of Education's Doctoral Program Fund, Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Research Projects, and Liaoning Provincial Talent Fund Projects.

He has also presided over several National Natural Science Foundation of China projects, including research on partner selection based on web mining, research on coal mine disaster prediction based on data mining, research on coal mine safety risk evaluation system based on data mining, and research on prediction methods and applications of coal and gas outbursts based on big data.

His achievements have been recognized with provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological progress awards, including awards for projects such as the "Coal Industry Underground Engineering Budget Crisis Software KYS-2.0 System", "Dynamic Management System for Coal Construction Engineering Cost", "Decision Support System for Coal Construction Project Investment", "Yuanbaoshan Open-pit Coal Mine Management Information System", "CIMS Application Demonstration Project in Yuanbaoshan Open-pit Coal Mine", and others. He has also received numerous provincial teaching achievement awards for his contributions to education.

He has published several textbooks, including "ASP.NET (C#) Practice Course", "Management Systems Engineering and Programming", and others. Additionally, he has published over 130 academic papers in domestic and international journals such as "Journal of China Coal Society", "Chinese Journal of Management Science", "Systems Engineering - Theory & Practice", "Journal of Systems & Management", "China Safety Science Journal", and "Journal of System Simulation", with over 30 of them being indexed by SCI and EI.

Under his leadership and guidance, more than 120 postdoctoral, doctoral, and master's students have been trained, many of whom have grown into academic leaders or technical elites. Among them, over 20 have become professors, 8 have become doctoral supervisors, 1 has become the director of a 10-million-ton coal mine, and 1 has become the vice president of a university.

Vice President: Liu Yinghong

Responsible for statistics, auditing, labor union, archives, and supervision work, in charge of the Audit Office and Labor Union, and liaising with the School of Information Engineering and the School of Culture and Media.

Vice President: Zhao Hui

Zhao Hui is responsible for teaching, assets and laboratory management, informatization construction, school-enterprise cooperation, and continuing education. He oversees the Office of Academic Affairs, Asset and Laboratory Management Office, Innovation and Entrepreneurship College, Library, Information and Network Management Center, Modern Industry College, and Continuing Education College. He also maintains contact with the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, School of Business Administration, and School of Science.

Zhao Hui is a member of the Communist Party of China and an associate researcher. He graduated from Bohai University with a major in Computer Science and Technology. He joined Bohai University College of Arts and Sciences in 2003 and has served as the Chief of the Academic Affairs Section, Deputy Director of Academic Affairs, Director of Academic Affairs, and Vice President of Teaching. During his tenure, he received the third prize of the provincial teaching achievement award and was involved in four provincial and municipal-level quality improvement projects and educational reform projects. He has also participated in the compilation of textbooks and written over 400,000 words of teaching research and reform reports.

Vice President: Cui Hongjun

Cui Hongjun is responsible for student affairs, disease control, enrollment and employment, security, general affairs, and capital construction. He oversees the Student Affairs Office, Enrollment and Employment Office, Youth League Committee, Security Office, Armed Forces Department, and General Affairs Office. He also maintains contact with the School of Foreign Languages, School of Intelligent Engineering, and School of Applied Technology.
